Kolant EVI Inverter Heat Pump Core Technology and Working Principle
EVI Solution for Super Cold Area winter heating, summer cooling and domestic hot water.
Enhanced Vapor Injection (EVI) compressors, as a patented technology of the new generation of scroll compressors, are characterized by their core innovation of further improving compressor efficiency by optimizing the injection of refrigerant at the intermediate pressure stage. EVI compressors draw in some intermediate-pressure gas through an intermediate-pressure suction port, mix it with partially compressed refrigerant, and then re-compress it. This process achieves the function of two-stage compression in a single compressor. This technology not only increases the flow rate of refrigerant within the condenser but also expands the enthalpy difference of the main circulation loop, significantly enhancing the efficiency of the compressor.
Kolant EVI Tech Significant Features and Energy Saving Effects
The remarkable features of enhanced vapor injection compressor include its excellent energy-saving effect. In the cooling mode, its average energy efficiency ratio is as high as 3.58, while in the heating mode, this figure is increased to 4.32, and the average energy efficiency ratio of cold and hot is also 3.95, both of which are at the leading level in the industry. These excellent performances significantly reduce the operating cost of enhanced vapor injection compressor and bring remarkable energy-saving benefits to users.
