A: Our EVI low-temperature heat pumps can operate stably down to -35°C. Heating capacity will drop slightly at extreme low temperatures; optional electric backup heater is available.

A: Room area is only a reference. We need to consider building insulation, ceiling height, local minimum temperature and terminal types (underfloor heating / radiators / fan coils).

A: Yes. We provide 3 in 1 models, including heating, cooling, hot water together be provided at same time. It delivers heating in winter and chilled water for fan coil cooling in summer. Single heating models are also available.
Q: What terminal heating systems are compatible with your heat pump?
A: Our units work well with underfloor heating, low-temperature radiators and fan coils. Old high-temperature cast iron radiators may need upgrading.

A: Standard model can supply up to 55°C hot water. High-temperature version can reach 75°C for renovation projects with old radiators.

A: Monoblock: all main components in outdoor unit, water pipes run indoors, simple refrigerant work. Split type: refrigerant circuit between indoor and outdoor unit, suitable for long pipe distance.

A: Domestic models are for residential intermittent use. Commercial heat pumps are built for 24/7 continuous operation, stronger anti-fatigue performance and larger heating capacity.
