A: Smaller units support 230V single phase. Larger commercial models use 400V three phase. We will confirm power requirement during quotation.
Q: How much noise do your outdoor units produce? Any night silent mode?
A: Noise level ranges from 52~62dB at 1m. Night silent mode reduces fan & compressor speed to meet residential noise limits at night.
Q: Does the existing gas boiler / old heating system work with your heat pump?
A: It can be retrofitted. We may need buffer tank, hydraulic separator or radiator replacement depending on original system condition.
Q: Do I need a buffer tank or hot water cylinder for air-to-water heat pump?
A: Buffer tank is recommended for small heating systems to avoid frequent compressor on/off. Hot water cylinder is required if you need domestic hot water.
Q: How to prevent heat pump water system from freezing in winter?
A: Units have built-in automatic anti-freeze function. For cold areas, add proper antifreeze in water loop. Power failure is the main freezing risk.
Q: Can I use antifreeze liquid inside the water loop? Which type should I choose?
A: Propylene glycol is recommended for residential use. Avoid unsuitable industrial antifreeze; follow correct mixing ratio according to local minimum temperature.
