Important note: This is commercial food‑processing equipment. NOT household dehydrator or clothes dryer.

Kolant heat pump drying & cold storage cabinet is an all‑in‑one commercial cabinet‑type processing unit developed for food and agricultural by‑product processors. As a fully pre‑assembled plug‑and‑play unit, it eliminates investment for constructing dedicated drying rooms, solving common pain points of traditional workflows: separate dryers and cold storage, moisture re‑absorption and cross‑contamination caused by manual material transfer.

Powered by a reversible air‑source heat‑pump system, the unit switches refrigerant flow to realise two working modes within one sealed inner chamber. It runs low‑temperature circulating‑air dehydration first. Upon completion of the drying cycle, the cabinet automatically switches into refrigeration mode. Finished or semi‑finished goods are preserved inside the same chamber without door‑opening and material handling, preventing moisture regain, oxidation and bacterial contamination.

Two loading configurations are available. Hanging guillotine‑style design suits roast‑poultry blanks, cured meat and sausages. Multi‑tray setup works for mushrooms, fruits, medicinal herbs, spices and seafood. The intelligent controller supports editable multi‑segment temperature‑humidity curves for diverse raw‑materials. Simple human‑machine interface enables unattended operation.

Adopting air‑source heat‑pump technology, it achieves up to 75% power saving compared with pure‑electric drying solutions. Zero dust and hazardous emissions comply with food‑workshop hygiene requirements. Manufactured to European technical standards, this cabinet supports OEM & ODM customisation on dimension, internal layout and working parameters. It is widely applied for meat‑processing, herbal ingredients, edible fungi, dried fruits, spices, seafood and central‑kitchen prepared‑food production.
