- Pre-application: Confirm target market requirements, prepare technical files, BOM, drawings, test samples and quality system documents.
- Factory audit: Third-party inspectors visit our production site to review quality control, production process, component traceability and testing capability.
- Product testing: Samples are tested in accredited labs against corresponding standards, e.g. EN14511, EN14825, UL60335.
- Document review & certification issuance: The certification body evaluates all test and audit reports, then issues certificates if fully compliant.
- Annual surveillance: Periodic factory re-audits and random sample surveillance tests are required to maintain certificate validity.
