Management Team
Our main management team for company operation including marketing and technicians. Long years of large company management with experience of ISO9001, ISO14001, 5S, MRPII. Kolant possess engineers with more than 30 years heat pump experience. Mr. Jia is our CEO, who is previous vice general manager of Hualing air conditioning & Equipment Co.,Ltd. Mr. Kenny is our general engineer. He is in heat pump field for more than 35 years.

Assembly Line Workers
Each time you receive an item from Kolant, the worker team, headed by Mr.Shu, is undoubtedly responsible. Once you place an order, Mr.Shu will prepare a list for different department work. After all material come, the assembly workers team will start work to assembly, testing and packing. With their responsible heart and quality control department inspection, they produce the best quality heat pump.

The Kolant Company New Year Celebration 2025 was a spectacular event. The venue was beautifully decorated with shimmering lights and colorful balloons, creating a festive atmosphere. Employees gathered together, chatting and laughing, enjoying the free flow of drinks and delicious food. There were exciting performances, from energetic dances to hilarious skits, which had everyone in stitches. A lucky draw was held, with amazing prizes up for grabs.
