Para el envío de muestras de bombas de calor, tras embalarlas en una caja de cartón de 5 capas de gran grosor, apta para la exportación, las colocaremos en una caja de madera y polietileno para evitar cualquier daño, tal y como se muestra en el archivo adjunto.

For Container delivery, we use export thick 5 layer paper box. After carefully loading, we will take pictures before close the container door to assure everything is ok.
Hay dos formas de enviar las muestras.
1 For sea freight, we will keep the refrigerant inside of the bomba de calor.2 For air freight cargo, due to the air line regulation, we need to drain out the refrigerant. So you need to charge the refrigerant if you find the heat pump cannot start.
For all products above 50kg, we will fix it on a good structured polywood pallet as shown below.
Si el envío se realiza por mar, normalmente exportamos en condiciones EXW, FOB o CFR, y solo entregamos la mercancía en el puerto marítimo de destino. Los clientes deben hacerse cargo de los aranceles de importación y los gastos correspondientes. Por supuesto, los clientes pueden recurrir a nuestro agente de transporte para que les ayude con los trámites aduaneros.
Podemos facilitar toda la documentación necesaria, como el formulario A, el certificado de origen, el conocimiento de embarque, la factura y la lista de embalaje.
Normalmente, el envío tarda unos 30 días por mar y una semana por vía aérea.
