Devido a medidas governamentais, o Grupo Hualing foi adquirido pelo Grupo Midea em 2004. O diretor-geral da Hualing, o Sr. Feng, fundou a Kolant em 2006, empresa especializada em bombas de calor, tendo sido autorizada a utilizar a MARCA HUALING nos produtos de bombas de calor.
