{"id":334,"date":"2010-08-05T03:27:30","date_gmt":"2010-08-05T03:27:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.china-heatpump.com\/2010\/08\/05\/nasa-sustainability-base-to-be-net-zero-energy-news-334\/"},"modified":"2010-08-05T03:27:30","modified_gmt":"2010-08-05T03:27:30","slug":"nasa-sustainability-base-to-be-net-zero-energy-news-334","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.china-heatpump.com\/fr\/nasa-sustainability-base-to-be-net-zero-energy-news-334\/","title":{"rendered":"La base de d\u00e9veloppement durable de la NASA ne consommera pas d'\u00e9nergie-news-334"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"cnet-image-div image-large float-none\" style=\"width: 610px\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"cnet-image\" src=\"\/pic\/disp\/UploadPic\/2010-8\/20108525330349.jpg\" alt=\"\"width=\"610\" height=\"406\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"image-caption\">Des chefs de projet, des architectes, des repr\u00e9sentants de la NASA et le lieutenant-gouverneur John Garamendi ont inaugur\u00e9 mardi la Sustainability Base, un nouveau b\u00e2timent au centre de recherche Ames de la NASA, qui pr\u00e9sentera des technologies durables.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"image-credit\">(Cr\u00e9dit : James Martin\/china-heatpump)<\/span><\/div>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des d\u00e9cennies de d\u00e9veloppement de technologies pour l'exploration de l'espace, la NASA ram\u00e8ne sur Terre son expertise en mati\u00e8re de syst\u00e8mes autonomes.<\/p>\n<p>Le centre de recherche Ames de la NASA \u00e0 Moffett Field, en Californie, a organis\u00e9 une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de pose de la premi\u00e8re pierre de la Sustainability Base, un centre de recherche qui sera un b\u00e2timent \u00e0 consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique nette z\u00e9ro.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"cnet-image-div image-medium float-right\" style=\"width: 270px\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"cnet-image\" src=\"\/pic\/disp\/UploadPic\/2010-8\/20108525331225.jpg\" alt=\"\"width=\"270\" height=\"309\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"image-caption\">Une plaque comm\u00e9morative, inscrite sur un panneau solaire, sur le site o\u00f9 a eu lieu mardi la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d'inauguration de la base de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"image-credit\">(Cr\u00e9dit : James Martin\/china-heatpump)<\/span><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Le projet se veut une preuve de concept pour la conception durable et un certain nombre de technologies vertes d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es \u00e0 la NASA. <\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent sera aliment\u00e9 par des pompes \u00e0 chaleur g\u00e9othermiques provenant de 72 puits g\u00e9othermiques, ce qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le moyen le plus efficace de chauffer et de refroidir les b\u00e2timents. <\/p>\n<p>Il y aura des collecteurs d'eau chaude solaire et un r\u00e9seau de capteurs pour r\u00e9agir aux conditions changeantes, telles que la lumi\u00e8re du soleil, la temp\u00e9rature, le vent et la consommation d'\u00e9nergie. Les donn\u00e9es relatives aux syst\u00e8mes m\u00e9caniques du b\u00e2timent peuvent \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide d'une console Web.<\/p>\n<p>La NASA pr\u00e9voit que le \u201cb\u00e2timent \u00e0 haute performance\u201d r\u00e9duira la consommation d'eau de 90 % par rapport \u00e0 un b\u00e2timent de taille \u00e9quivalente. La NASA esp\u00e8re \u00e9galement r\u00e9duire de mani\u00e8re significative les co\u00fbts de maintenance. La structure elle-m\u00eame sera construite sur des charpentes m\u00e9talliques et utilisera largement l'\u00e9clairage naturel.<\/p>\n<p>La NASA a fait appel aux cabinets d'architecture du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u201ccradle to cradle\u201d William McDonough et Swinerton Builders a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9 pour achever la construction du projet.<\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent, d'une valeur de $20,6 millions d'euros, devrait \u00eatre achev\u00e9 d'ici la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2011.
