Les installations utilisant le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant naturel CO<sub>2<\/sub> ne serait pas affect\u00e9e par le r\u00e8glement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au public cette semaine.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"parastd\">Le projet de r\u00e8glement, discut\u00e9 lors de trois ateliers publics organis\u00e9s par le California Air Resources Board (CARB), viserait les grandes installations utilisant des CFC, des HCFC ou des HFC dans leurs syst\u00e8mes de climatisation et de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration. Les entrep\u00f4ts, les entreprises de transformation alimentaire, les supermarch\u00e9s, les immeubles de bureaux, les h\u00f4pitaux ou les h\u00f4tels seraient ainsi tenus de s'enregistrer aupr\u00e8s du CARB avant janvier 2010 afin de se conformer \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie d'exigences l\u00e9gales visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rants \u00e0 fort pouvoir de r\u00e9chauffement plan\u00e9taire. Gr\u00e2ce aux tests d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et aux r\u00e9parations, aux meilleures pratiques en mati\u00e8re d'installation et d'entretien, aux restrictions de vente, \u00e0 l'\u00e9limination en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l'\u00e9tablissement de rapports par les installations, les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateurs de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rants, les distributeurs et les grossistes, le CARB s'assurera que l'utilisation des gaz fluor\u00e9s est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et r\u00e9duite autant que possible. <\/p>\n<p class=\"parastd\">\n<p class=\"parastd\">Le CARB publiera son rapport final en d\u00e9cembre 2008.
