17 septembre 2008 - La commission de l'industrie du Parlement europ\u00e9en a soutenu la l\u00e9gislation de l'UE qui vise \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer largement les technologies renouvelables, y compris tous les types de pompes \u00e0 chaleur. De nouvelles r\u00e8gles pourraient \u00e9galement promouvoir, ou obliger, l'utilisation des technologies renouvelables dans les b\u00e2timents neufs et existants. <\/p>\n

La commission de l'industrie, de la recherche et de l'\u00e9nergie (ITRE) du Parlement europ\u00e9en a vot\u00e9 le 11 septembre en faveur de propositions qui consid\u00e8rent tous les types de pompes \u00e0 chaleur comme des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, contre les all\u00e9gations selon lesquelles elles ne devraient pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme telles parce qu'elles n\u00e9cessitent de l'\u00e9nergie auxiliaire. L'intention initiale de la commission ITRE \u00e9tait de faire une discrimination entre les diff\u00e9rents types de pompes \u00e0 chaleur, en excluant les pompes \u00e0 chaleur \u00e0 air de la proposition de directive. Cependant, le vote a soutenu l'am\u00e9lioration de la d\u00e9finition des sources d'\u00e9nergie renouvelables (SER) pour inclure les sources d'\u00e9nergie a\u00e9rothermiques, hydrothermiques et g\u00e9othermiques, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que la l\u00e9gislation de l'UE ne comprend pas actuellement de d\u00e9finition harmonis\u00e9e de ces sources d'\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n
