La Commission a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de pr\u00e9parer des sc\u00e9narios sur la mani\u00e8re dont la Norv\u00e8ge peut r\u00e9duire ses \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre de 50 \u00e0 80 % d'ici \u00e0 2050.
