Les pays et r\u00e9gions suivants ont explicitement rendu obligatoire ou fortement encourag\u00e9 son utilisation :<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Allemagne, Pays-Bas, Su\u00e8de : utilisation prioritaire obligatoire du R290 dans les pompes \u00e0 chaleur monoblocs, les subventions \u00e9tant subordonn\u00e9es \u00e0 la certification.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>France : Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation RE2020, le PRG doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 150, et le R290 (PRG \u2248 3) est le seul fluide frigorig\u00e8ne naturel conforme \u00e0 cette r\u00e9glementation.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Danemark, Suisse : imposer des taxes \u00e9lev\u00e9es sur les HFC et limiter les volumes de charge, en rendant obligatoire l'utilisation du R290 dans les b\u00e2timents commerciaux et publics.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Royaume-Uni, Italie, Espagne : mettre en \u0153uvre des normes europ\u00e9ennes harmonis\u00e9es interdisant l'utilisation de fluides frigorig\u00e8nes \u00e0 fort potentiel de r\u00e9chauffement global (PRG) dans les nouvelles pompes \u00e0 chaleur.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Am\u00e9rique du Nord (\u00c9tats-Unis \/ Canada) : sous l'impulsion du programme SNAP et des taxes sur le carbone, le R290 est autoris\u00e9 dans les pompes \u00e0 chaleur r\u00e9sidentielles d'une puissance inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 8 kW, la Californie et d'autres \u00c9tats imposant des exigences en mati\u00e8re de faible potentiel de r\u00e9chauffement global
