Por supuesto, podemos suministrar piezas a cargo del cliente una vez finalizado el periodo de garant\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Atenci\u00f3n al cliente<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Le asesoramos gratuitamente sobre la instalaci\u00f3n de una bomba de calor.<br \/>\nPodemos ayudarle a adquirir otras piezas relacionadas con las bombas de calor o recomendarle directamente proveedores fiables.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Env\u00edo<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Para el env\u00edo de muestras de bombas de calor, tras embalarlas en una caja de cart\u00f3n de 5 capas de gran grosor, apta para la exportaci\u00f3n, las colocaremos en una caja de madera y polietileno para evitar cualquier da\u00f1o, tal y como se muestra en el archivo adjunto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>Hay dos formas de enviar las muestras.<br \/>\n<\/strong>En el caso del transporte mar\u00edtimo, mantendremos el refrigerante dentro de la bomba de calor.<br \/>\nEn el caso del transporte a\u00e9reo de mercanc\u00edas, debido a la normativa de las compa\u00f1\u00edas a\u00e9reas, debemos purgar el refrigerante.
