M\u00e4rz 2005 eingesetzt. Die Kommission wurde mit der Aufgabe betraut, Szenarien auszuarbeiten, wie Norwegen seine Treibhausgasemissionen bis 2050 um 50-80 Prozent reduzieren kann. Die Kommission legte ihren Abschlussbericht am 4.
