New test laboratory for heat pumps-news-137

Jul. 07, 2008 - As of February 2008 the test laboratory for heat pumps at ILK Dresden, Germany is accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. That will help to reduce long waiting periods for heat pump testing as recently complained by heat pump manufacturers.

Accreditation was made for testing of water-to-water and brine-to-water heat pumps according to DIN EN 14511-3. Heating capacities ranging from 4 to 110 kW are covered. Testing at a accredited laboratory assures acceptance of test results on international level.
